Canceling Recurring Donations: A Guide for Previous Platform Users

If you’d like to cancel your recurring gift through your organization's previous giving platform, follow these simple steps to ensure your request is processed smoothly.

🌱 Church Center (PCO)

To cancel your recurring gift, please log in to your Church Center donor profile on a web browser. (This action cannot be completed in the mobile app. ⛔️)

1. Once logged in, go to the "My Giving" section and select the "Recurring Donations" module.
2. Locate the recurring gift you want to cancel, labeled as "Active" or "On Hold."
3. Click the pencil icon (✏️) at the end of the listing. This will provide you with the option to delete the gift altogether.

🌱 PushPay

To cancel a recurring gift in PushPay, please log in to your account: https://pushpay.com/login.

1. Go to the "Home" section and enter your organization's name in the search bar.
2. From the dropdown menu, select your organization's name.
3. On the right side of the page, find the "View" option under "Recurring Payments."
4. Click the "Actions" button located above the recurring gift you wish to cancel. From the dropdown menu, select "Cancel Schedule."
5. In the pop-up menu, select "Yes, Cancel" to confirm the cancelation.

🌱 EasyTithe/Kindred

To cancel a recurring gift in EasyTithe or Kindred, please log in to your account.

1. Go to the "Recurring" tab at the top of the page.
2. Locate the recurring gift you want to cancel, labeled as "Active."
3. Click on the trash icon (🗑️) at the end of the listing.
4. In the pop-up menu, select "Stop This Payment" to cancel any future scheduled payments for this gift.

🌱 Tithe.ly

To cancel a recurring gift in Tithe.ly, please log in to the Tithe.ly mobile app.

• 📲 If you no longer have the app installed, simply redownload it from the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play (for Android).

1. Go to the "Recurring" section at the bottom of the page.
2. Locate the recurring gift you want to cancel.
3. Click on the trash icon (🗑️) to delete your donation immediately.

To cancel a recurring gift in Subsplash, please log in to your account.

1. Select your profile photo in the upper-right corner, then click “Account” from the dropdown menu.
2. Under your account details, navigate to the "Giving" section.
3. Select "Scheduled Gifts," then click on the recurring gift you wish to cancel.
4. In the pop-up menu, click on the trash icon (🗑️) next to the amount field.
5. Select "Update" to confirm the cancellation.

🌱 RebelGive

To cancel a recurring gift in RebelGive, please log in to your account: https://accounts.rebelgive.com/my-giving. 

• 📧 You can also contact RebelGive directly to delete your account. Simply message [e-mail] from the email address you use to log in, and they’ll help verify your identity and take care of the request.

1. Once logged in to your personal Giver Account, go to "My Giving" and select "Giving".
2. Scroll down to locate the scheduled gift you want to cancel, listed as "Active."
3. Click "Edit" next to the gift.
4. Switch the status toggle (🔘) from "Active" → "Inactive."
5. Click "Save Schedule" to confirm your changes.

🌱 Gyve

To cancel a recurring gift in Gyve, please log in to the Gyve mobile app (or your web account).

1. You have 2 ways to access your scheduled transactions:
   • Tap "Scheduled" in the side navigation menu, or
   • Go to the "Recurring" tab on the dashboard and tap "Manage Recurring."
2. You’ll see a list of all your scheduled transactions.
3. Find the transaction you want to stop and follow the prompts to cancel or delete it.

🌱 ACS Realm

To cancel a recurring gift in ACS Realm, please log in to your account: https://e.onrealm.org.

1. Once logged in, click your name at the top and select “Scheduled Gifts” from the dropdown menu.
2. Locate the recurring gift you want to cancel, labeled as “Active.”
3. Click the ellipsis (⋯) at the end of the listing and select “Cancel.”
   • 👥 If your giving is shared with someone else, only the person who originally created the scheduled gift will be able to cancel it.
4. In the pop-up menu, press "Confirm" to cancel the donation.
5. You’ll be returned to the same page, where you can select “Manage Payment Methods” from the Giving Number column on the right.
6. Next to each saved payment method, click “Delete Account” to remove it from your profile.
