⭐️ Refund Types
↩️ Voids
If the donation has not been settled yet (usually within the first 24 hours), we will void the transaction for you. Please allow up to 48 hours for it to disappear on your statement.
💳 Refunds
If the transaction was processed within the last 90 days and has already been settled, we will issue a refund. Please allow 2–7 business days for it to appear on your statement.
- ⛔️ Note: Partial refunds are not available.
- 🔄 If you’d like to donate a different amount, we can refund the entire donation, and you can resubmit it with the correct amount.

- 👉🏽 To help process your request more efficiently, we recommend including your Confirmation Number as it appears on your confirmation email.
- 🔍 You can track your refund progress in your Donor Profile. ✽
- 📋 Refund Requested – Your refund request has been submitted successfully.
- ⏳ Refund Approved – Your refund has been fully processed, and the amount is being prepared for release to your bank.
- 💵 Refunded – The refund has been released to your bank, and you should see the credited amount in your account shortly.
✽ Note: Refunded statuses do not apply to transactions processed through external giving platforms. We recommend reaching out to your nonprofit to confirm the refund.
- 📞 If your refund does not appear after 7 business days, we recommend contacting your bank directly to check the status of the refund.
🏦 ACH Donations
For ACH (bank transfer) donations, we are unable to issue a refund (or stop a transaction) while the donation is in a “Processing” status with your bank.
- We will need to wait until the transaction is fully processed before issuing a refund, which typically takes 3–7 business days.
- We recommend monitoring your donation status in your Donor Profile and reaching out once the transaction is fully posted to your bank account. 🕰️
⏮️ Imported Contributions
For donations processed through a nonprofit's previous giving platform, we recommend contacting your organization directly for assistance.
