What to Do if a Donation Is Incorrect

If a cash or check donation was mistakenly attributed to your Donor Profile, we recommend reaching out directly to the church or nonprofit where you made the donation. They are the ones who manage these offline gifts and will be able to correct the donation details on their end.
- 📋 Overflow manages online donations securely, but physical cash or check donations are recorded and updated by the organization itself.
- ⛔️ For privacy and security reasons, we’re unable to make changes to these offline donation records.
