Why Can’t I Access My Donor Profile if I Only Donate by Cash or Check?

At this time, full access to your Donor Profile is available only to donors who have made at least 1 online donation. This is due to privacy and security measures designed to protect your information.

When you make your first online donation to your organization, the giving flow will automatically prompt you to complete the verification process:

  1. 🔒 You’ll receive a one-time verification code by text or email.
  2. 🔑 Enter your 6-digit code in the giving flow.
  3. 🎉 Once your donation is complete, you’ll gain full access to your Donor Profile!
